Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole-source brand-name Inari FlowTriever Retrieval/Aspiration Systems for cardiology and imaging at the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System. The requirement covers 17 systems per year: five for Cardiology and 12 for Imaging. Each system includes specified Inari aspiration guide catheters, FlowTriever catheters, a FlowStasis suture retention device, FlowSaver blood return system, large-bore syringe, and introducer sheath. The requirement is for a base year from January 19, 2027, through January 18, 2028, plus four one-year option periods. The vendor must deliver one system when requested by the chief technicians. This is a special notice of intent to sole source, not a request for quotations; interested vendors may submit a one-page capability statement identifying their company, UEI/SAM number, socioeconomic category, and capability to fulfill the requirement.
