Description
The Redevelopment Authority of the City of Johnstown is soliciting a contractor for a fixed-fee project to construct pocket park improvements. The scope includes domestic water utilities, storm drainage, electrical improvements, demolition, protection of existing trees and monuments, park lighting, irrigation, sidewalks, a pavilion, a water feature, landscaping, benches, and related appurtenances shown in the drawings and specifications. The submission must include a bid bond or an accepted equivalent security in the amount of 10% of the total bid, a required-document upload, an additional-document upload, pricing, and completion of the required bidder acknowledgements. General liability insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate is required, with the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Johnstown named as an additional insured.
