Description
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services is seeking professional design and engineering services for a comprehensive study of the aging water distribution system serving the Ebensburg Center campus. The work includes investigating and assessing the existing system, identifying components requiring repair or replacement, evaluating its ability to handle increased water pressure from additional sprinkler systems, and assessing its ability to provide service during an outage. After the study, the Department may proceed directly into design for improvement projects and may retain the selected professional for that phase. Applicants must have a current, active Vendor/SAP Number, create a Trimble Unity Construct user profile to access the project documents, and submit applications exclusively through the Trimble Unity Construct bidding portal. Small Diverse Business and Veteran Business Enterprise participation goals are each listed as 0%, although applicants must agree to meet applicable goals or demonstrate good-faith efforts.
