Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for two boxes of medium, triple-flange, non-linear ear plugs, NSN 6515-01-632-4179. Each pair must be olive green, provide 24 dB noise reduction with the cap closed and 9 dB with the cap open, include a detachable cloth cord, and be packed in a clear pillow case with a black beaded chain. The unit of issue is a box containing 50 pairs. The requested product is identified as Moldex-Metric, Inc. part number 6498, with Cardinal Health 200, LLC part number MOL6498 also listed. Alternate offers require complete technical data sufficient for evaluation. Packaging, marking, domestic-material, FDA, and medical-supply requirements apply; delivery is required within five days after award to the specified military destination.
