Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking two boxes of small, triple-flange, yellow, non-linear ear plugs. Each box must contain 50 pairs, with each pair providing 24 dB noise reduction rating with the cap closed and 12 dB with the cap open, including a detachable cloth cord and packaging in a clear pillow case with a black beaded chain. The solicitation requests the source and part number being supplied. Delivery is required within five days after award, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging must comply with the stated DLA requirements, including commercial packaging, ASTM D3951 where applicable, and required medical marking and labeling standards. Alternate offers must include complete technical data sufficient for evaluation.
