Description
Derry Township is soliciting sealed bids for Contract 2/2026 to regrade and retrofit one of two existing stormwater management ponds within the Village of Spring Crest condominium development. The work is a public-works construction project subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements and applicable federal, state, and local compliance provisions, including employment verification, nondiscrimination, contractor responsibility, environmental, integrity, accessibility, and right-to-know requirements. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked “PROPOSAL ENCLOSED” with the project name and contract number. Each proposal must include either a certified check or bidder’s bond equal to 10% of the proposal amount. The project is partially financed by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Agency.
