Description
The Mount Pleasant Area School District is soliciting bids for construction of Phase 2 of an athletic-field stormwater conveyance reconfiguration project. The work includes installing a new stormwater manhole and conveyance piping; cutting and grouting existing stormwater piping; trench excavation and preparation; constructing a riprap apron; implementing construction erosion and sediment controls; grading; and restoring the site through landscaping and seeding. A bid security in the form of a certified check or bid bond of at least 10% is required. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage requirements, applicable environmental and public-resource regulations, and the Public Works Employment Verification Act, including E-Verify compliance. An executed non-collusion affidavit is required with the bid; a Public Works Employment Verification Form is required as a precondition to contract award.
