Description
The project involves approximately 121 linear feet of 48-inch SLCPP gravity storm pipe installation, installation of two storm inlet boxes, replacement of an existing concrete endwall, and related construction work, including all required materials, equipment, supplies, and labor. The owner reserves the right to adjust quantities. The project is funded in part through Community Development Block Grant funds and is subject to MBE/WBE and Section 3 requirements, Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, Build America, Buy America Act requirements, American Iron and Steel requirements, and applicable equal-employment and affirmative-action provisions. Bidders must submit a 10% bid guarantee and an executed non-collusion affidavit, and must provide documentation of contacted MBE/WBE and Section 3 businesses and related commitments. Successful bidders must provide performance, maintenance, and labor and material bonds within 10 days after award.
