Description
Saline County Road Department is soliciting a contractor for improvements to Krislor Drive at an existing pond spillway. The scope includes mobilization, traffic control, field verification and layout, demolition and disposal of existing spillway and roadway components, excavation, embankment and subgrade preparation, aggregate/base placement, concrete spillway and roadway improvements, drainage and spillway work, erosion control, stabilization, restoration, cleanup, and incidental work required for a complete project. The solicitation uses a unit-price proposal with estimated quantities for mobilization, traffic control, demolition, earthwork, aggregate, concrete, drainage, erosion control, and restoration. Bidders must submit the provided bid form, acknowledge addenda, provide Arkansas contractor license information, and include a bid bond. The successful bidder must provide required insurance, licenses, certifications, and bonds before beginning work. Completion is required within 90 calendar days after the County issues the notice to proceed.
