Description
The Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) is proposing to issue not to exceed $275,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of revolving loan fund revenue bonds (the 'Bonds'). The proceeds will be used to make loans to local governmental entities and other qualified borrowers in Arkansas for capital improvements to public infrastructure systems, including wastewater and water systems. A public hearing will be held to discuss the bond issuance.
