Description
The City of Hot Springs is soliciting bids for labor and materials to remove antennas, mounts, and cables from the City County Tower on West Mountain. The scope identifies antenna removals at elevations of 26, 110, 150, and 210 feet, including equipment associated with county, municipal, fire, water and sewer, sanitation, animal control, street, and radio communications systems. The contractor must provide labor, materials, supervision, and work meeting state and federal safety requirements. Bidders must submit a lump-sum price and specify the number of working days required. The response must include the required bid forms and acknowledgments, insurance and licensing documentation, and a bid bond when the contract value exceeds $35,000. The City will generally award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
