Description
Yell County and the Yell County Library Board of Trustees are soliciting sealed lump-sum bids from a general contractor for HVAC relocation at the Yell County Public Library. Work must conform to the drawings and specifications prepared by Allison + Partners, Inc. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. Each bid must include a bid bond executed by the bidder and an authorized surety company in an amount of at least 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds within 10 days after receiving the intent-to-award notice. Bidders must hold the required Arkansas contractor license before submitting a bid. Small, minority, and women business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids, and general contractors are encouraged to consider those groups for subcontracting.
