Description
The City of Little Rock is seeking legal counsel for the Clinton Sustainable Energy District Project, an Energy-as-a-Service project. The selected counsel will review and evaluate contractual documents and related services and provide recommendations. The submission requires a technical proposal and a completed Combined Certification for Contracting with the City of Little Rock form. A City of Little Rock business license is optional if applicable, and a completed Affidavit of Joint Venture is optional if applicable. Documents must be submitted through the electronic bidding portal.
