Wagner General Contractors, Inc. is soliciting a qualified, licensed playground contractor to furnish and install a single combined-age commercial playground serving children ages 2–12 within an approximately 1,000-square-foot site. The equipment must be surface-mounted to an existing concrete slab. The contractor must field-verify slab conditions, level, drainage, and load-bearing adequacy; identify any required slab repairs as a separate line item or allowance; provide a project schedule and equipment-delivery lead time; furnish applicable licensing, bonding, and general liability and workers’ compensation insurance documentation; provide equipment and installation warranty terms; and complete site cleanup and debris removal.
