Description
The City of Hot Springs is soliciting a lump-sum bid for a complete wet well or lift-station air ionization odor control system for municipal wastewater service. The contractor must furnish, deliver, and install the integrated system, including a weatherproof stainless-steel ionizing makeup-air unit, adjustable supply fan, intake screen, ion-generation equipment, electrical controls, safety interlocks, monitoring interface, ductwork, and any required motorized discharge shut-off damper. The system must use ionized ambient air without chemical feed, process water, or spent-media disposal, and must meet specified airflow, ion-output, outdoor-use, electrical, and wastewater-service requirements. The scope also includes design coordination, installation, inspection, startup assistance, basic operator training, spare parts, paper and electronic operation and maintenance manuals, and a minimum one-year equipment warranty. Bidders must provide technical documentation demonstrating compliance, including drawings, catalog data, operating literature, performance data, wiring diagrams, and materials-of-construction information. The response requires a lump-sum price, work-duration information, specified certifications and attachments, and any applicable subcontractor information.
