Wagner General Contractors, Inc. is soliciting bids for replacement of the approximately 2,600-square-foot shingle roof on the City of Benton’s Adult Softball Concession Stand. The work includes tearing off and disposing of the existing shingles, installing a high-temperature ice/water shield, and installing a metal roof system whose color and style match the existing structures. The contractor must account for existing pipe boots and roof transitions and clean all roof-related debris from the job site upon completion. Vendors are responsible for meeting on site to obtain accurate dimensions before submitting bid documents.
