Description
The Malvern Housing Authority is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of windows and security window screens at the Gloster Court one- and two-bedroom units. The units will remain occupied during the work, so bidders should account for work in occupied housing units. Bids must be submitted in sealed form for public opening. Bidding documents must be obtained from the designated plan room to qualify as a bidder; electronic viewing is free, while downloads and physical copies may be purchased. A prebid conference and owner-led project walkthrough are strongly recommended.
