Description
The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser is conducting an exploratory Request for Information regarding commercially available, Florida-compliant Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) platforms to replace its legacy CustomCAMA system. The requested solution should support core mass appraisal operations, including real and personal property valuation, exemptions, assessment caps, tax-roll processing, sales analysis, comparable-property analysis, Value Adjustment Board workflows, document imaging, reporting, audit trails, workflow automation, and public-facing taxpayer services. Respondents must describe their platform's capabilities, implementation methodology, cloud-hosting model, data-migration strategy, and integration capabilities, including native integration with Esri ArcGIS and connections to auxiliary systems. The response must address the technical and functional requirements, AI and machine-learning capabilities, data privacy and statutory auditability, company experience with local-government CAMA systems, Florida local-government clients and references, available products and services, and the vendor's approach to implementation and ongoing operations. This RFI is for informational and planning purposes only, is not a competitive solicitation, and will not result in a contract award.
