Description
The County of Union seeks a contracting agency to manage day-to-day operations of its Family Justice Center, coordinating community partner agencies and delivering a coordinated, survivor-centered response to people affected by domestic and family violence. Responsibilities include conducting intake interviews, arranging referrals and appointments, coordinating on-site and off-site services, developing and maintaining partner relationships and memoranda of understanding, and overseeing staffing, training, safety, confidentiality, records, reporting, and performance evaluation. Services must be available on site and in person, with some virtual service capability when needed. The contractor must demonstrate relevant domestic-violence and direct-service experience, leadership in the social/human services, legal, or domestic-violence community, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary providers. The required staffing includes a full-time director and two intake positions. The initial term is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with four possible 12-month extensions through 2031. Proposals must include five years of budgets and the specified proposal forms, supporting documents, and security; the $20,000 proposal security may be a guarantee bond or certified/cashier’s check.
