Description
KIPP NYC Schools seeks bids for symmetrical dedicated internet access (DIA) and campus wide area network (WAN) services at 14 locations. Managed MPLS WAN service is preferred. Vendors may bid on either or both services and on any subset of locations; awards may be made by site, service, or a combination. Proposals should price current speeds and options up to 10 Gbps, and address fiber delivery to the demarcation point, build-outs, installation, transition, equipment, and other applicable costs. Submit a complete PDF bid response and a separate Excel pricing spreadsheet. Include the vendor’s SPIN and FCC Registration Number, evidence of good standing with the E-Rate program, pricing and E-Rate eligibility breakdowns, applicable contract terms and conditions, and any related contracting documents. The RFP describes an initial service timeframe of July 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, with possible extensions.
