Description
The Authority seeks a provider to administer an employee assistance program for employees and eligible dependents. Services include diagnostic assessments, referrals to in-network treatment providers, up to five counseling sessions per referral or presenting issue, a clinician-staffed 24-hour crisis hotline, and on-site critical incident response when requested. The provider must maintain access to at least three facilities across northern, central, and southern New Jersey and coordinate with the Authority’s health benefits provider and personnel.
