One-to-One Support Services for Youth Summer Programs

Description
The Department of Children and Families seeks to qualify providers of one-to-one support services for youth under age 21 with developmental disabilities who attend the provider’s own DCF-qualified summer day camp or alternative recreational sessions. Services support participation, safety, life skills, peer relationships, and activities of daily living. Providers must meet staffing qualifications, arrange substitute coverage, train staff, follow CSOC protocols, maintain service records, and comply with applicable reporting, background-check, and confidentiality requirements. The opportunity is for summer 2027 services, with reimbursement on a fee-for-service basis at the published rate; funding is subject to available appropriations and there is no guaranteed service volume. Respondents must already be qualified to provide the underlying camp or recreational services, or submit a response for those services as well.
