Description
The consultant will provide design services for replacement of four substations: Utica Avenue Substation, Murray Hill Substation, Laurelton Substation, and Queens Breaker House. Work includes preliminary engineering submissions, draft and final preliminary designs, and development of design and bid packages. The stated milestones are a 30% design package 13 weeks after notice to proceed, a 90% design package 100 weeks after notice to proceed, and a 100% contract bid package 104 weeks after notice to proceed. Procurement support is also required for a reasonable period until award of the design-build contract.
