Description
The City of Titusville is seeking a nonprofit operator to fully operate, maintain, and provide social, human, and recreational services directly or through partnerships to Titusville residents at the Harry T. Moore Social Services Center. The operator must plan for full facility occupancy and assume operating costs including utilities, janitorial services, pest control, repairs, general maintenance, and routine equipment servicing. The proposer must be registered to conduct business in Florida and registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a nonprofit organization. Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience delivering social and human services of similar scope and complexity within the past five years, including coordinated support services, homelessness response systems, mental health and behavioral health referrals, culturally responsive services, and substance-use-disorder support and referrals. The proposer must also demonstrate financial stability and sufficient startup funding to begin and operate the services without interruption.
