Description
The City is soliciting proposals to purchase and develop nine consolidated vacant-property sites comprising residential, commercial, transit-corridor, and professional-office parcels. Proposers may bid on one or more properties, but must submit a separate proposal for each parcel. Each proposal must describe the proposed development, including a preliminary site plan and renderings if available, development concept, zoning, anticipated costs, schedule, team experience, financing, financial capacity, and community benefits. A completed Property Bid Form is required for each parcel, and each bid must be accompanied by a cashier’s check, treasurer’s check, or bank draft for 1% of the bid amount. The properties are sold as-is. If a development includes 10 or more residential units, at least 15% of the units must be affordable to lower-income households, subject to the stated affordability periods and related covenant requirements.
