Description
HEC Montreal is soliciting proposals to modernize and replace the automatic building regulation system (BAS/SGE) serving the sixth floor of the Decelles Building. The work includes replacing existing controllers, modernizing air-handling units SYS-75 and SYS-76, and integrating all variable-air-volume (VAV) boxes on the floor. The estimated contract period is 36 months. This is an open competitive Request for Proposal.
