The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking to lease office space in Pocatello, Idaho. The space must be within the city limits and provide between 4,511 and 4,736 ABOA square feet (maximum 5,413 RSF). The space type is office, and it must include a 500 square foot warehouse yard and a training room for 35-40 people that can double as a conference room. The lease term is 10 years with a firm term of 5 years. The space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards, and must not be in the 100-year flood plain. A fully serviced lease is required.
