Description
This Sources Sought notice seeks qualified vendors capable of providing comprehensive, licensed maintenance services for fire alarm, fire hydrant, fire pump, fire suppression, and sprinkler systems. The scope includes installation, modification, repair, preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, emergency response, system programming, data backup and recovery, reporting, and provision of required labor, equipment, tools, OEM manuals, and replacement components in accordance with applicable NFPA, Joint Commission, healthcare, and Veterans Health Administration requirements. The work covers a large medical-center campus with Notifier and Simplex fire alarm systems, ONYX Works graphics and digital voice systems, fire hydrants, fire pumps, industrial suppression systems, dry and wet sprinkler systems, and related components. Services require 24/7 coverage, a qualified on-site emergency response within two hours, factory-trained and certified technicians, applicable state licenses, background investigations where required, periodic testing and reporting, and support for system modifications and repairs. The anticipated contract structure described in the statement of work is one base year with four option years. Respondents must submit a completed Sources Sought Worksheet and a capability statement of no more than eight pages in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format; this notice will not result in a contract award.
