Description
The City of Redwood City is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed facility management providers to operate and maintain the Jefferson and Marshall parking garages, seven off-street parking lots, and downtown on-street parking meters. Services include keeping facilities open for public parking, parking supervision, routine custodial maintenance, janitorial and steam-cleaning services, lighting maintenance, CCTV monitoring and periodic patrols, parking access and revenue-control equipment maintenance, cash collection and reconciliation, PCI DSS compliance support, staffing, monthly operational and financial reporting, and monthly invoicing. The initial contract term is five years, with potential yearly renewals after the first year at the City's discretion. Proposals must be limited to 30 pages and address the firm's approach, qualifications, staffing, relevant experience, cost, and agreement acknowledgment. The proposer must complete the five-year cost proposal and provide at least three relevant similar-service references with client contact information.
