Description
The solicitation seeks comprehensive parking infrastructure operations and management services for public-sector agencies and participating entities across Canada. The scope includes parking facility operations; parking revenue management; staffing, customer service, and support; parking enforcement; facility maintenance; safety and security; integration, data, reporting, and analytics; and consulting and acquisition of equipment and technologies directly related to parking-facility operations. Proposers may include directly related equipment, accessories, delivery, installation, and services when complementary to the primary services. The solicitation is primarily for parking infrastructure operations and management services and does not include equipment-only or software-only solutions, except where equipment or products are appropriate for participating entities that can arrange installation and commissioning themselves. The resulting solution is intended for use by participating public-sector entities through a national contracting solution.
