Description
The Gulfport Redevelopment Commission, the urban renewal agency of the City of Gulfport, is seeking qualified firms to manage and/or lease the parking garage under construction at the intersection of 25th Avenue and West Beach Boulevard within the Gulfport Town Center/Channel South development. The selected firm may receive a written management contract or lease based on the most advantageous proposal. Proposals will be evaluated under the grading criteria in the RFP package, and shortlisted firms may be invited to interviews. Submissions must comply with the specified sealed-package or planroom-upload procedures, including the required proposal copies and USB drive for physical submissions.
