Description
The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board is soliciting proposals for comprehensive parking management services at Blue Grass Airport. The selected manager will operate and maintain public parking facilities, valet parking, luggage cart services, parking access and revenue control systems, customer service operations, reporting, facility maintenance, snow and ice response, and related ancillary services. Proposals must include a cover letter, executive summary, company experience and references, operational plan, technology approach, financial plan, ACDBE information, and attachments. The financial plan must include an operating budget for the first full year of reimbursable operating expenses and capital outlays, along with an estimated escalator percentage for future years. The agreement is expected to have a five-year initial term with one three-year option, and commencement is scheduled for July 1, 2027. A performance bond or letter of credit will be required from the selected company; the addendum states that no bid bond is required.
