Description
The City of Madison is soliciting sealed bids from properly licensed general contractors for construction of the Town Madison Parking Lot East project. The project includes a 351-space parking lot with base work, paving, drainage, landscaping, and lighting. Bid alternates include RV hookups, west parking lot sidewalks, and west parking lot landscaping. The project completion deadline is April 1, 2027. Prequalification is required, and only contractors approved through the City's prequalification process may bid. Bids must use the original bid forms provided in the bid packet and may not be submitted by fax or email. Attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference and subsequent site visit is required for general contractors submitting bids.
