Description
The Mobile Airport Authority is seeking a qualified operator to provide complete day-to-day management of the public parking program at the new Mobile International Airport. The scope covers approximately 1,250 managed revenue spaces: 1,050 garage spaces and approximately 250 surface-lot spaces; rental-car operations are excluded. The operator will independently manage staffing, customer service, revenue-control operations, equipment-service coordination, routine cleanliness, reporting, and daily parking issues. This is a management-services contract rather than a parking concession: the Airport retains all parking revenue, reimburses eligible operating costs, and pays a fixed management markup proposed by the contractor. The anticipated term is five years with two additional two-year renewal options, and operations are anticipated to begin in Summer 2027 following mobilization, hiring, badging, training, and system preparation.
