Description
Metropolitan Community College is seeking a parking management services partner to increase utilization of campus parking assets and generate additional revenue through a revenue-sharing business model. The contractor will market available parking to external organizations, solicit and secure event opportunities, develop parking proposals and operational plans, coordinate event logistics, and maintain recurring relationships with event planners and venue operators. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, staffing, traffic control, customer service, parking operations, electronic and cash payment management, financial reconciliation, reporting, marketing, and event support. Services cover multiple college campuses and third-party events held outside normal institutional operating hours, including evenings and weekends. Proposals must include a recommended revenue-sharing structure, proposed percentages returned to the college, expenses and fees, and responses to the required forms and affidavits. The solicitation evaluates experience and qualifications, technical approach, technology solution, references, and financial return.
