Description
The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for rehabilitation of three manholes. The work includes coating each manhole to the spring line of the sewer pipe, without a sewer bypass, using the specified corrosion-resistant coating and liner requirements. The solicitation states that there was no engineering estimate for the project. Attendance at both the September 9, 2026, mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit and the September 15, 2026, mandatory second site visit is required to submit a bid. Bids may be submitted electronically or by sealed bid, and the solicitation includes terms and conditions, security procedures, insurance specifications, and addenda.
