Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting firm-fixed-price services to perform comprehensive diagnostic troubleshooting and repairs on a Trane chiller system at Building 3820, Fort Sam Houston. The work focuses on isolating, diagnosing, and resolving operational issues associated with the system’s variable frequency drive, with the goal of restoring the system to 100% operational capability in accordance with manufacturer standards. The requirement includes separate firm-fixed-price line items for chiller repair and diagnostic services. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis. The technical submission must include a detailed approach, methodology, and proposed solution; a step-by-step plan for diagnosing and restoring the chiller; acknowledgment of all Statement of Work requirements; and proof that assigned technicians are qualified to service Trane equipment. The acquisition is a total small-business set-aside, and the requirement is not for construction work.
