Description
The General Services Administration’s Fleet Accident Management Center is seeking a small-business contractor to completely repair collision damage to a 2025 Ford F-150 and return it to service. The scope includes repair of the vehicle body, frame, lights, structural components, and necessary mechanical systems. Repairs must comply with industry standards and applicable EPA and OSHA requirements, and all equipment and repair items must include standard or manufacturer warranty coverage. The contractor must provide a detailed, itemized quote showing parts prices, labor time, paint labor, all fees, shipping or freight costs, and the estimated delivery schedule after receipt of order. The vehicle must be physically inspected before quoting. The selected vendor must maintain appropriate insurance for government vehicles in its shop, hold valid business licenses, maintain an eligible repair facility within 75 miles of the inspection location, and comply with applicable labor-wage requirements. The contract is firm fixed price, and completion is required no later than 120 days after receipt of order.
