Description
The Regional Municipality of York is seeking an authorized Ford original equipment manufacturer dealer to supply and deliver Ford OEM parts and provide related vehicle service for York Region Paramedic Services under a 36-month tender. The bidder must be an authorized Ford OEM dealer for both parts and service. Mandatory requirements include one or both current Ontario College of Trades certifications—Automotive Service Technician Certification 310S and/or Truck and Coach Technician Certification 310T—a valid Ozone Depletion Prevention card issued under the authority of the Environmental Protection Act, 1999, authorization to operate as a public garage within the municipality where the facility is located, and at least one hoist capable of servicing vehicles with a gross vehicle weight of up to 14,000 pounds.
