Description
Jefferson County is soliciting a requirements contract for as-needed two-wheel front-end and four-wheel wheel alignment services for county-owned cars, vans, light trucks, medium and heavy trucks, tandem dump trucks, tractors, and other listed vehicles. The County will transport vehicles to and from the vendor's location, and services must generally be performed within 48 hours; a 30-day warranty is required for all work. The County intends to award all services to one vendor but may designate primary and secondary vendors, and it may add or remove vehicles during the contract term. The initial contract period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, with a mutually agreed one-year renewal option. Pricing is requested by vehicle category and contract year. The solicitation states a preference for a dealer located in Jefferson County, although other dealers will be considered. Bidders must complete the provided bid proposal and certifications, Iranian investment disclosure, and pricing information, and must submit the required insurance coverage after award or at contract execution as specified.
