Description
Clark County Parks and Nature is seeking a consultant to develop a communications strategy and public education program concerning a potential regional parks funding measure in November 2027. Services include funding-measure planning, public communications and messaging, stakeholder engagement, government relations, focus-group and voter-research integration, strategic planning, and community education regarding regional parks, trails, recreation, open space, funding gaps, and investment priorities. The County will provide branding templates, while its Public Information Office will disseminate, print, and finalize communications materials. The anticipated deliverables include a public education and communications strategy, analysis of market research and focus-group findings, stakeholder-development and engagement support, presentations, talking points, fact sheets, frequently asked questions, digital content, and related outreach materials. Proposals must include relevant experience, references, a project approach, schedule, and a lump-sum cost. The anticipated contract value is $70,000, with a one-year-and-one-month initial term and a possible one-year extension.
