Description
The City of Battle Ground is soliciting sealed bids for improvements at the intersection of W 15th Avenue and W Main Street under project CP-TR-2015-05. The work includes widening the north and south legs, constructing curb and gutter, sidewalks, a planter strip, and tree wells, removing part of the existing center island, constructing new curb and asphalt, extending the existing turn pocket, and completing related work in accordance with the contract plans, provisions, and standard specifications. Bids must include a bid proposal deposit equal to 5% of the proposal amount, payable by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond within the time specified in the contract documents. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids.
