Description
Cape Light Compact JPE is issuing a Request for Proposals for a Lead Vendor to manage and implement its Residential Turnkey Services program for single-family (1-4 units) and multi-family (5+ units) homes on Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. The program includes six components: incentives, decarbonization home energy assessments, renter and landlord efforts, enhanced residential offerings, turnkey delivery of cold-climate air-source heat pumps and barrier mitigation for eligible customers, and rebate verification screening. The Lead Vendor will be responsible for program management, contractor management, scheduling, energy assessments, implementation of efficiency and electrification measures, quality assurance, data transfer and reporting, marketing support, and financial accounting. The contract has a term of three years with options to renew up to ten years. Responses to questions received as of the deadline have been posted, and the schedule remains unchanged.
