Description
The County seeks a contractor to provide ongoing and ad hoc data and performance reporting support for Behavioral Health and Recovery Services. Work includes reporting from the Avatar and Epic electronic health record systems; developing and maintaining operational, fiscal, and regulatory reports; supporting data conversion, testing, and report development during the transition from Avatar to Epic; documenting reporting methods and best practices; and training staff to assume selected reporting duties. The contractor must also manage service requests through a ticketing system and support performance monitoring, including on-time report delivery and documentation measures. Proposals must include a separate fee proposal and may not exceed $200,000 over the two-year initial term. The County may extend the agreement for one additional period of up to three years. Proposals are evaluated on firm qualifications, project approach, and price. Local businesses and qualifying local nonprofits may receive an evaluation preference; the local preference self-attestation is required only when claiming eligibility.
