Description
The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is seeking professional soils and materials engineering services for the design (plans and specifications) and follow-up of construction for new youth and family centres. The scope includes planning advice, monitoring and optimizing authorized project parameters, coordinating engineering deliverables, construction supervision, support for submissions to public authorities, and analysis of proposed equivalents, change requests, payment requests, and claims. The estimated construction cost is approximately CAD 68 million. The anticipated mandate period is approximately 25 months, with a probable start between January 11 and February 11, 2027, and a probable end date of February 19, 2029. No bid security is required. Plans, specifications, studies, and final reports produced during contract performance must bear a digital signature using a certificate issued by the Centre de certification du Quebec (Notarius).
