Description
The City seeks preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, and compliance services for emergency backup generators, automatic transfer switches, and related components at 18 sites. Required work includes routine maintenance and operational testing, annual two-hour load-bank testing, four-hour load-bank testing every three years, and temporary backup generators during testing to maintain power for critical infrastructure. Work must follow NFPA 110, 2022 edition. The City also requests optional alternate pricing for on-call troubleshooting, corrective maintenance and repairs, component replacement, and emergency response, including labor and response rates for business hours, after-hours, weekends, and holidays. Proposals must include a proposed scope of services, billing rates and total not-to-exceed cost, qualifications and relevant project experience, proposed project staffing, and proposed service-agreement terms.
