Description
The City of Fontana is seeking vendors to provide plumbing supplies under a contract consisting of an initial two-year period, with up to three additional one-year renewal options. The bid sheet lists 65 specified items from manufacturers including Zurn, Sloan, American Standard, Chicago, Bobrick, Bradley, 3M, Haws, and ProFlo, including faucets, flush valves, rebuild and repair kits, diaphragms, dispensers, filters, valves, water-closet components, and P-traps. Vendors must provide unit pricing for each listed item and may also be asked to supply miscellaneous plumbing products and auxiliary supplies not listed on the bid sheet. The City may award to multiple vendors. Bidders must maintain a physical business location within 15 miles of the Public Works Administrative Building at 16489 Orange Way, Fontana, California, and must identify the location from which they will provide services. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City's electronic bidding system; hard copies are not accepted. A completed bid sheet, applicable bid forms, and the non-collusion declaration are required. No bid surety is required.
