Description
Forty Niners Stadium Management Company LLC is soliciting proposals to establish a pool of qualified suppliers for as-needed plumbing supplies supporting ongoing maintenance and repair. Requested products include commercial restroom fixtures and flush valves; faucets, sensors, and trim; piping, tubing, fittings, valves, drainage and waste components, backflow-prevention devices, and general repair parts and consumables. Products must be compatible with the Stadium's existing installed base and may include sourcing legacy or discontinued parts and validated equivalents. The scope includes routine, urgent, and emergency order processing; standard, same-day, next-business-day, after-hours, and event-day delivery; will-call pickup; returns, warranties, product support, and bulk purchasing. Selected suppliers must support a Coupa-integrated cXML punchout catalog reflecting contracted pricing and discounts. No installation, construction, or labor services are included, and there is no guaranteed minimum quantity, dollar amount, order frequency, or compensation. The initial contract term is three years, with up to two additional one-year options.
