Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Schuylkill, is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for four AERCO model SPDW42 WWP91A SmartPlate double-wall water-to-water heaters. Each unit must include an SP 150 psi kit and communications board and meet the stated electrical, pressure, temperature, flow-rate, and control specifications. The quote must include unit pricing, total pricing, delivery schedule, and acknowledgment of the specifications. Delivery is FOB destination, and the quote must remain valid for 30 calendar days after closing. The procurement is a total small-business set-aside and is evaluated on price and go/no-go past performance, including delivery timeliness and order accuracy.
