Description
The Town of Davie Utilities Department is seeking a vendor to provide new, unused, lead-free water meter couplings for distribution and collection systems. The quote form lists six line items for straight couplings serving 1-inch and 5/8-inch by 3/4-inch meters, with estimated quantities ranging from 30 to 100 units per line item. Products must comply with NSF Standard 372 and NSF 61, as applicable, and bidders may propose approved substitutions meeting the specifications. Supporting product documentation, including manufacturer information sheets, specifications, brochures, and warranty information, must be submitted with the quote. Prices must include delivery and packaging, with delivery within 20 calendar days of each order to the Utilities Field Office. The initial contract term is one year, with two additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement. The Town may purchase varying quantities on an as-needed basis and may award by item, group, or in the aggregate.
